The Golf Cart Resource – 2026 Best Of Golf Carts Survey Sweepstakes is sponsored by Ace the 19th Hole, LLC (“Sponsor”). This sweepstakes is governed by these official rules (“Official Rules”). By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor and its agents, are final in all respects. This Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States of America, where not prohibited by law, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and who have Internet access and a valid email account prior to the beginning of the Sweepstakes Period. Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Sponsor, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to enter or win. Sponsor has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Final Sweepstakes begins on or about July 20, 2026 at approximately 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on August 10, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PT (“Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor reserves the right to extend, shorten, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes at its sole discretion, subject to applicable law. The winner will be selected on or about August 15, 2026.

HOW TO ENTER

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible entrants may enter by completing the survey at https://golfcartresource.com/survey/2026-consumer-survey/ and providing a valid email address.

To enter without completing the survey, email [email protected] with the subject line “2026 Best Of Golf Carts Survey Sweepstakes Entry” and include your full name and email address during the Sweepstakes Period.

Limit one (1) entry per person/email address, regardless of entry method. Duplicate entries may be disqualified. Entries generated by automated means or scripts are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, or undeliverable entries.

WINNER SELECTION

On or about August 15, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential winner from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The potential winner will be notified by email using the email address provided at the time of entry.

If the potential winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification, is found to be ineligible, fails to comply with these Official Rules, or declines the prize, Sponsor may randomly select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries. This process may continue until a winner has been confirmed.

PRIZE

One (1) prize will be awarded: one (1) $100 Amazon.com Gift Card. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $100. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Terms and conditions may apply to the use of the prize. Incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses not specifically listed as part of the prize in these Official Rules, and which may be associated with the award, acceptance, receipt, or use of the prize, are solely the responsibility of the winner. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE ARE SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.

ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS

The prize is non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of the prize is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliate, and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, errors in any printing or posting of these Official Rules, the selection and announcement of any winner, or the distribution of any prize.

Any attempt to damage the content or operation of this Sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to possible legal action by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or amend the Sweepstakes, without notice, for any reason, including, without limitation, if Sponsor determines that the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned or if a virus, bug, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failure, or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.

In the event tampering or unauthorized intervention may have occurred, Sponsor reserves the right to void suspect entries. Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliate, and subsidiary companies, agents, representatives, and any telephone network or service providers are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, human error, technical malfunction, lost or delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, line failure or malfunction of any telephone network, computer equipment or software, inability to access any website or online service, or any other error, human or otherwise.

INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE, AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR AND ITS PARENT, AFFILIATE, AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES, ADMINISTRATORS, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AND AGENTS FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR INJURY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THAT ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES AND THE ACCEPTANCE, USE, OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON.

SPONSOR AND ITS PARENT, AFFILIATE, AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION, FITNESS, OR MERCHANTABILITY OF THE PRIZE. SPONSOR AND ITS PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AND AGENTS DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO ANY COMPUTER SYSTEM RESULTING FROM ACCESS TO OR THE DOWNLOAD OF INFORMATION OR MATERIALS CONNECTED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES.

PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission to use winner’s name, city/state, likeness, prize information, and/or comments for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants consent to the collection and use of their information for the administration of the Sweepstakes, including contacting the potential winner and awarding the prize. Survey responses may also be used by Sponsor for research, marketing, editorial, and business purposes, subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
