A Low Speed Vehicle (LSV) is like a golf cart with a top speed of 25 MPH. It is built intentionally for driving in residential areas and is federally required to have safety features such as headlights, brake lights, turn signals, seatbelts, DOT rated windshields and other requirements depending on the state.
