All sports manufacturing (asm) has been designing and selling golf car lift kits and accessories for over 20 years. starting in 2004 all sports designed and built a lift kit that even club car could not deny. all sports has built this kit exclusively for club car for over 15 years right here in america. asm is now offering this same front suspension kit to you. this kit has been tried and tested by club car for thousands of hours and has stood the tests. we are excited about the opportunity to offer this kit directly to the golf car community. our dealers and retail communities have been asking for this kit to be available for years and now we are able to do so.
This front suspension, double a-arm lift has been installed on thousands of golf cars by club car making it the most used lift in the industry. this lift consists of several features that we have kept proprietary to club car for years. this lift consists of solid spindle bodies versus the tubular design from other brands. it also comes with double machined axles for rigidity and flexibility designed into one unit. we also designed this lift with heavy wall tubing for both the upper and lower a-arms. then when it comes to connecting this lift to your golf car you can rest assured that the strongest and largest ball joints are utilized. we only use 5/8 ball joints with specified inserts (tested and approved by club car) instead of the standard half inch on most lifts. this is the only front suspension certified by club car for the onward kit for over 15 years. it is tested, tried and true. this lift is the epitome of american made. we are offering this 4” lift now, but we are also working on expanding this same model into 2”, 3”, 6”, and even 7.5” in the coming months.
Asm has historically been a build to order shop causing lead times to be quite lengthy. however, with new owners, new management and a state-of-the-art production facility, we are moving towards a production system that allows us to ship in days verses weeks or months. all precedent, ds, and the new 4” onward lifts are currently in stock. windshields and accessories are still made to order, but we are working to get those lead times down to days or a couple of weeks versus months.
