HI PERFORMANCE ELECTRIC VEHICLE SYSTEMS (HPEVS) ANNOUNCES AVAILABILITY OF AN AC MOTOR CONTROLLER UPGRADE KIT FOR THE E-Z-GO RXV GOLF CARS

ONTARIO, CA (Oct. 14, 2020) — Today, Hi Performance Electric Vehicle Systems (HPEVS), announce the that they are offering to customers, a Curtis Instruments, AC Motor Controller Upgrade kit for the E-Z-GO RXV golf cars, for which enabling owners of E-Z-GO RXV golf cars to dramatically increase the performance of their vehicle.

“We are excited to offer to our dealers, existing and new, the opportunity to increase the performance of their customers E-Z-GO RXV golf cars. We are constantly asked “do you have an upgrade for the RXV that will allow the vehicle to travel faster and improve performance?” Now we can say “yes, we have a solution available.” said Brian Seymour, Owner at Hi Performance Electric Vehicle Systems (HPEVS). Brian continued “with this Curtis Instruments AC motor controller upgrade, the vehicle now becomes “unlocked”. This design utilizes the existing OEM motor. With the addition of this kit motor torque is nearly doubled. In addition, motor RPM can be set to the maximum of 8000, which allows for vehicle speeds of up to 26 mph.”

The AC motor controller upgrade allows for tunable performance for the end user while utilizing stock parts on the vehicle to be reused, with minimal wiring modifications.
