TEXTRON E-Z-GO LLC LAUNCHES NEW PACE TECHNOLOGY ONYX™ IN-VEHICLE SOLUTION

AUGUSTA, GA (January 21, 2026) — Textron E-Z-GO LLC, a Textron Inc. (NYSE: TXT) company, announces Onyx™, the next generation in-vehicle solution for its Pace Technology® platform. Available on E-Z-GO® and Cushman® ELiTE series vehicles, Onyx provides an industry-leading ultrawide high-definition screen with pinpoint GPS positioning accuracy, further enhancing the on-course experience for golfers and providing course operators with additional capabilities to manage their facilities and engage their customers.

Onyx’s widescreen UW1080 display, with significantly more screen area than Pace’s 10EX screen, enables golfers to quickly scan and use multiple features and sources of information, including course layout, green views, pace-of-play information, music controls, and more. For facilities that require the best in precision vehicle tracking, Onyx™ features optional real-time kinematic positioning (RTK,) augmenting satellite data with a fixed base station to enhance the accuracy of its real-time GPS location-tracking down to centimeters. This provides golfers with incredibly accurate yardages to the hole, especially when paired with Pace Technology’s integration with GolfLogix™, which provides real-time data for more than 35,000 courses.

Course operators also benefit from Onyx’s incredible accuracy, with even better real-time location of every tracked vehicle and piece of equipment on their course, and enhanced geofencing capabilities to keep golfers out of restricted areas. New directional geofences help manage traffic patterns. And the precision of Onyx’s RTK option helps to reduce instances of inadvertent “cart-locking” due to GPS signal drift in tightly geofenced areas, further improving the on-course experience for the golfer.

Operators can use Onyx’s customizable on-screen widgets to build a unique experience tailored to their course, creating more engagement with golfers and keeping staff in control of pace-of-play and the on-course experience.

Designed and built to integrate with E-Z-GO and Cushman vehicles, Onyx fits neatly under the vehicle’s top, providing for easy viewing without obstructing the driver’s field of vision.

Onyx maintains all existing features and benefits of the Pace Technology software platform, which uses advanced GPS-based technology and is accessible to course operators through a multitude of devices, including desktop and laptop computers, tablets and smartphones. Operators can monitor vehicle usage on their property, track location and activity, and engage in two-way communication with drivers if needed through audible alerts and in-vehicle screens.

In addition to limiting vehicle speeds in high-traffic areas using enhanced Speed Control, operators also can restrict vehicle usage in and around sensitive areas, such as water features and ornamental beds. Managers can easily add or alter new geofenced zones as needed, and provide different levels of privileges for specific users and vehicles. Operators also can use the system to enhance the on-course experience for golfers through features such as food-and-beverage ordering, live weather alerts and radar, and digital scorecard functionality. Pace Technology integrates with several leading course-management platforms to give operators a seamless solution for managing their operations from the moment a tee time is booked through the completion of a golfer’s round.

Onyx will be available in the second quarter of 2026. For more information about Onyx and the Pace Technology platform, visit pace.txtsv.com.
