EVANS, GEORGIA – The American Junior Golf Association, together with E-Z-GO, is sponsoring the Vaughn Taylor Championship, A golf tournament open for both boys and girls ages 12-19. This is E-Z-GO’s 8th year partnering with AJGA to put on the tournament.
The tournament will be held at the Jones Creek Golf Club, for the eighth time, from July 16-19. It will feature a field size of 78 with 58 holes- stroke play.
Together with E-Z-GO, AJGA will partner with the golf cart company to make the event possible and convenient for the participants.
The event director will be Jacob Erisman and the tournament fee will be $295. For AJGA member’s qualifier fee will be $110 and non-members AJGA qualifier fee is $135.
For those who are interested to join the fun of playing golf, an application is currently being circulated and the said deadline for the tournament’s application is due on June 12, 2018 at 5PM ET.
After application, a payment is to be made on or prior to the due date, June 17, 2018 at 11:59:59 PM ET. This is to confirm the acceptance of the application into the tournament field.
For AJGA member the AJGA Qualifier Application will passed on be on June 15, 2018 at 3PM ET and June 18, 2018 noon time ET. The said payment for this member is due on June 21, 2018 at 11:59:59 PM ET.
On the other hand, for the non AJGA member the qualifier application opens on June 22, 2018 at 3PM ET.
